Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- Shipping is contingent on stock availability and payment authorization.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates
At INVO Aesthetics, we partner with FedEx to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Our shipping options are tailored to meet the needs of both B2B partners and e-commerce customers:
For B2B Partners
- Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $1,000.
- Ground Shipping: $20 for orders under $1,000.
- Next Day Air: $100.
- 2-Day Special: $60.
- 3-Day Express Saver: $50.
- Standard Ground Delivery Times: 3–5 business days.
For our ecommerce customers
- Free 2-Day Shipping: Available for all orders of $100 or more.

Expedited Shipping (FedEx Next Day Air): $35, delivered the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must use 2nd Day Air®.
- Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order directly via the link provided in the email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- INVO Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@invoaesthetics.com within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage for resolution.
Cancellation
Orders are processed promptly and cannot be canceled once placed. However, upon receiving your order, you may contact INVO Aesthetics to initiate a return in accordance with our return policy.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used products, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@invoaesthetics.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:
Please allow up to 30 business days for processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not available at this time. If you need a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@invoaesthetics.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products, opened skincare items, or products not purchased directly from our website are not eligible for return.
