The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, driven Business Development Manager to help us establish and grow our footprint within the physician dispensed aesthetics market. This role is pivotal to building relationships with providers, driving sales, and representing our brand's premium positioning. You will be instrumental in educating accounts, fostering practice growth, and achieving sales targets in your territory.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the aesthetics or medical industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Established relationships within the dermatology and/or medical aesthetics market.
  • Strong ability to educate and influence providers.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Territory Management:
  • Promote and sell INVO Aesthetics' product portfolio to current and prospective customers within your territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and manage a territory routing plan that optimizes time and travel expenses.
Customer Education and Support:
  • Provide in-depth education and training to providers on the clinical benefits and applications of INVO Aesthetics' products.
  • Coordinate practice in-services, open houses, and provider training programs to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, delivering exceptional service and support to all accounts.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting professional relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spa professionals.
  • Actively engage with customers to build loyalty and drive product commitment.
Marketing and Brand Advocacy:
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies, leveraging approved promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Represent INVO Aesthetics at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and identify new opportunities.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Utilize the NetSuite CRM system to track leads, manage sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
